Upper Lonsdale is looking good on the market again this week after a slow two months. There were 6 new listing and 2 new sales. This is on par to our usual Upper Lonsdale sales activity. Of the 6 new listings 3 were actually price reduced re listed properties while the other 3 are new to the market.
