Prices jumped by 28% in July year over year and increased by over $300,000 over 2021 July sales values. Low supply has helped the housing prices in Upper Lonsdale.
Upper Lonsdale New Listings:
There we two new detached home listings in Upper Lonsdale month to date priced in the low $2m range. One was a large home on close to Carisbrooke Elementary (view listing here) needing extensive renovations to bring it back to a modern era. The second is near Larson Elementary School (click here for listing) and has been mostly renovated. It is a smaller house with four bedrooms (two up and two down) with a second kitchen.
Upper Lonsdale Detached Inventory:
There are a total of 18 detached homes on the market in August 22, 2023 ; a decline of 5 listings compared to July 2023.
