It has been a slow spring and summer in respect to the volume of homes sold in Upper Lonsdale and North Vancouver overall. Often, when we see a local hold pattern in the local market, we will see a strong rebound after 6-12 months.
We are now entering a period that could see our local North Vancouver and Upper Lonsdale real estate market getting back to normal.
The great news is that Upper Lonsdale home prices seem to have held up very well compared to other North Vancouver sub markets and against North Vancouver on the whole.
