Both Upper Lonsdale and Central Lonsdale have low inventories compared to their historical listings counts over the past twenty years at this time of the year, while Braemar and Princess Park both have very low inventory levels.
The graph above shares listing counts in Edgemont Village, Canyon Heights, Grouse Woods and Forest Hills. These are some of North Vancouvers most sought after areas and locations and you can see that Grouse Woods has a very low inventory level compared to the other area and compared to its historical levels; Forest Hills listing inventory seems to be average and Edgemont seems quite low for this time of the year.
