Mid October sales are finally rebounding from a slow August and September. Over the past 30 days there are now 7 sales. I noticed one more today in the area that has not been posted on MLS yet. If you have questions on Upper Lonsdale homes, the market in general I'm happy to help.

Upper Lonsdale is looking good on the market again this week after a slow two months. There were 6 new listing and 2 new sales. This is on par to our usual Upper Lonsdale sales activity. Since the Government has stepped in with their intention to slow the market last year, the sales have slowed and prices have dipped. The market was at the start of a downward cycle when the Government stepped in and their efforts sped the correction and the slow down.
